She married Richard C. "Dick" Trottman in Nampa. During World War II, Ruth worked in the shipyards in Portland. After the war, she returned to Nampa where they made their home. Dick died on November 19, 1987; thereafter, she remained in Nampa. Ruth loved being a homemaker and
taking long walks with her friends. She is survived by 1 daughter and son-in-law, Pam A. and Mike Archuleta of Nampa, two grand-children.
