    • Last Rites for Edith Spang Cain Held Saturday

      Funeral Services for Mrs. Edith Spang Cain, 56, of Seattle, Wash., were held at the Petter Memorial Mennonite Church in Lame Deer at 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan 15 (1966). Burial was in the Lame Deer Cemetery. Mrs. Cain died Jan. 10 in Seattle.
      She was born Dec. 19, 1909, in Lame Deer, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. Spang. She married Leslie Cain in September, 1929 in Lame Deer.
      Survivors include her husband of Seattle; four sons, Leslie Jr., of Kodiak, Alaska, and Wallace, Winfield and Harry Cain of Seattle; two daughters, Mrs. Donna Claseman of Seattle and Mrs. Arlene Chernoff of Kodiak; six brothers, Alphonso, Albert, Roy, Wilfred, James and Kash Spang, all of Lame Deer; four sisters, Mrs. Julia Small of Billings and Mrs. Nellie Robinson, Mrs. Virgil Winsor and Mrs. Jim Bowen of Lame Deer, and 11 grandchildren
