- Nathaniel F. Spang, seventy-two, of 26 Old Dorwart Street, died in the city of a complication of diseases after a long illness, Thursday morning. He was a member of Faith Reformed Church. He is survived by his wife, Camilla Hauck Spang, and four children and one step-child; Mildred, wife of Samuel Cliff, Jr., Ethel, wife of John Teahan, N. Harold and Laura, wife of William Nixdorf, all of this city;and Helen Buckley, at home; also three brothers and three sisters; Mrs Amanda Graul, this city, Jeremiah, Lebanon; Albert, New York City; Lenora, wife of Thomas Werner, Lebanon; Beulah, wife of John Dengler, this city; and Issac, of Lebanon; also eleven grandchildren. Is buried at Millersville Cemetery, Millersville, Lanc. Co.

He was the son of Isaac and Caroline Fetter Spang.
I have been told that when he died they had to make an extra long casket for him to lie in. He was well over six foot and his wife was very short and had to stand on a box when having their picture taken.
