Death Halts Will Contest
Reading, Pa., April 12 -- The quest for the millions of the late John George Spang, who was one of the wealthiest men in Germany, has been halted here today by the death of Josiah L. Kalbach, 74 years of age, one of the oldest direct descendants of Spang. The latter when he died left a vast estate. The famous Spang castle at Hamburg, Germany, now occupied by Baron Kugthansen, is claimed by the estate which is valued at $120,000,000.
